Nothing too much trouble, thank you for a very positive stay. I enjoyed the excellent service & the family charm of the hotel. Every staff member was supportive and responsive.

Views were not so nice.

The stay at this perfect little hotel was a nice one. The property was spotless and staff was outstanding. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered lots of options. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the lobby bar.

the staff were caring, the rooms was modernly furnished at all times. the staff did all they can for an amazing stay. incredible food, perfect service. smooth check-in.

Efficient check-in, very comfy beds and generally incredible service. It was nice having balcony, coffee and terrace. The personnel were ready to help and seemed to be funny.

Nothing compares to Lincoln Hotel. Ideal for short stay. Room was a good value;)))

It was in general an enjoyable experience. A bunk bed was a bonus. Breakfast options were SATISFACTORY. Great place for trip in Scarborough.
